Natalia Frois is from Brazil. She has built her career  around the healthcare and business administration industry.

She has worked as a trilingual interpreter and in Information System Department for Cape Cod Heathcare.

She has also worked as a business relationship manager for Latinc Corporation.

Now she is working as a trilingual domestic and sexual violence counselor and advocate at Independence House. Providing services for the community in multiple languages is her goal, being able to help the community in many perspectives.

She is a commissioner at the Cape Cod and Islands Commission on the Status of Women, advocating for women, human rights and social equality is her passion.

She is involved in the Barnstable Sunrise Rotary. She is also a board member at the Hyannis Public Library.

On 2019 she helped to organize the first Latino Business Expo in Cape Cod in Spanish. With her administrative knowledge she has been doing business consulting and business relations services for Cape Cod Latino businesses.

“My vision is to help entrepreneurs to thrive in their small business by providing business consultation, business analysis and business relations services in three languages; English, Portuguese, and Spanish.”
